Orders are usually shipped within 1-2 days of the payment being received.

FOR USA ORDERS: We ship via USPS Priority Mail or First Class Mail, depending on the weight of the package. I am happy to combine shipping fees. If you would like another shipping method, please contact me beforehand you place your order for a shipping quote and availability.

FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:  For Canada we use first class mail, unless requested otherwise. If you are in Canada and prefer priority mail, please contact me. I am happy to ship worldwide, but until I've posted a comprehensive country list, please contact me for a shipping quote. Most international orders will ship by first-class mail unless you have indicated otherwise to me.
Please make sure your address is correct when you checkout. I will send all shipments to your Paypal address.

We cover all mail insurance costs as a courtesy.


Items do not ship until payment is received. At this moment, we only accept PayPal payments. Please note that you can also pay via Paypal with a regular credit card, without opening a Paypal account.

An 8.75% sales tax will be added to orders in California.


We want you to be delighted with your Rotem LE purchase. If you would like to make an exchange or request a refund, please contact us. Returns must be made within 15 days of purchase. All returns must be in like new (as received), unused, resalable condition.  Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees and refunds will be for original item price and tax only, initial shipping charges will not be refunded. Buyer is responsible for lost items or damages on returns.

Please note that since our artisan pieces are limited edition and sometimes one of a kind, we may not have an identical replacement on hand for you. We will make every effort to replace your purchase with similar item.

 If the package has been shipped UPS or FedEx, please note damage when signing for the shipment. If damage was concealed, buyer has 5 business days to report the damage to us so a claim can be made. If the package was shipped via US Mail, please notify us within 5 business days of the damage so a claim can be started. Please do not discard any packaging or the damaged item if an item is damaged, as this will be needed to process a claim.
